Our in-depth candidate screening process is conducted by our experienced, non-commissioned recruiters, most of whom are attorneys. By eschewing commission-based compensation, we ensure that our recruiters are incentivized to provide you with the best candidate; not just any candidate. For document reviews, we focus on experienced candidates who have worked with us in the past and have received excellent reviews on high level, long-term projects. For highly specialized projects, we focus on experienced candidates who have spent substantial time at major law firms and/or corporations.
